What is moderate drinking?

But before you throw away the wine cork, it's important to realize that all health benefits are associated with alcohol when it is imbibed in moderation. And moderation is usually accepted as no more than two drinks a day for women and only one day for women.

A drink means a bottle of beer, a glass of wine or a whiskey shot. However, the size of our glass should be considered - if you can fit half a bottle of your wine glass, it is safe to say that experts do not have the equivalent of a drink.

They were vaccinated again for more than 14 months and scientists have found that their volunteer alcohol consumption is different, as in humans. So they were divided into two groups - heavy drinks and medium drinkers

At the end of the research they found that heavy drinkers showed little reaction to vaccines compared to monkeys made with sugar water. However, moderate drinkers show an increased vaccine reaction.
